Lee was in a big
24 hour mountain bike race (that's right - 24 hours!) this weekend, so we were all very happy to have him home again. His team, which consisted of Scott Countryman, Kyle Fox (my bro), and Carlyle Naylor did a GREAT job and placed 5th in their division out of 30 teams, which was the toughest division in the race. Unfortunately, Lee had one of the worst wrecks of his life in his very 1st lap (see picture below to catch a very small glimpse of the injury), but being the studly competitor that he is, he toughed it out and continued riding the entire 24 hours. They have tons of stories and came home exhausted, but had a good time. I am definitely glad to have him home and so is Aaron, who continues to be in recovery from his sickness. He managed to throw up his antibiotic all weekend and we finally got him started on a new one that I hope that he will keep down better.... Anyway, hopefully our poor boy has a chance to get better after all this drama....
